 Dear Parents,

Today in class we previewed Winter Vacation Homework and read Talking Walls.

Please see the attached document for winter homework.

Dear Parents,

                I hope that you have a nice and relaxing Chinese New Year and Winter Vacation. Homework for this Winter Vacation consists of writing two essays: One about what you will do during it and one for the Xinmin Horizons magazine about Spain. Homework about what students did over Chinese New Year will be turned in to your childs’ levelled readers teacher. The essay for Xinmin Horizons will be handed in to the foreign homeroom teacher. The essays should be 200 – 300 words long each.

What you did during Winter Vacation:

1) What did you do during Chinese New Year.

2) Discuss where you travelled.

3) Discuss special things that were done.

4) Feelings about the activities that you did.

5) Any special foods that were eaten.

Global Education Fair:

1) Major historical events in Spain.

2) Famous things from Spain.

3) Famous Spanish foods.

4) Famous Spanish people.

Please write the essay in your bubble book. Any questions on the Winter homework should be directed to your childs’ foreign homeroom teacher.

Please note that the essay about what students did during Chinese New Year will go to the levelled readers teacher and Xinmin Horizons Magazine essay will go to the homeroom teacher.
