 Dear Parents, Due to time constraints regarding the 921 Earthquake drill, there was no levelled readers class today. Therefore, there is no extra homework tonight. Dear Parents, Today in class we learned irregular plural nouns and started RWN page 252. We also learned vocabulary words 1 - 6 and read The Man Who Invented Basketball.  Homework tonight is to write vocabulary words 1 - 6 three times and the definitions once as well as RWN page 256. Students who didn't complete RWN page 252 in class should complete it as extra homework.  I will be back at school on Wednesday, September 7.  Dear Parents,  Today in class we learned about biographies and autobiographies, learned vocabulary words 11 - 15, and read The Man Who Invented Basketball.  Students also started RWN pages 248 and 250 RWN Page 248 is for biographies and autobiographies. RWN page 250 is for The Man Who Invented Basketball.  Due to technical issues, we did not get to finish those RWN pages.
