 Today's lesson:

1) Used A Froggy Fable to identify, write, and share with neighbors three things that students' do every day.

2) Homework: Review key vocabulary lists for quiz. Students have been told to keep the list as it is also homework for Friday.

Directions: Study the words and their definitions.

1)        Fable: A type of story, usually about animals, that teaches us a lesson.

2)        Perfect: Having no mistakes or flaws.

3)        Travel: To go somewhere.

4)        Splash: To move water in a noisy or messy way.

5)          Pond: A small body of water surrounded by land.

6)          Crush: Press something so hard it loses its shape.

7)          Spill: To cause liquid to fall out of a container.

8)          Skill: A special talent.

9)          Organ: A part of our bodies that is inside.

10)       Otter: A small furry animal that lives in the water.

11)        Familiar: Something known to you.

12)       Hatch: To come out of an egg.

13)       Unexpected: A total surprise.

14)       Squawk: Cry made by a bird.

15)       Flock: A group of birds.
